Techniques of these services have generally been formulated in a form of Service Procedure, which is published in the form of announcements and posters, and affixed at announcement wall or around the area of UB Physics Department.

In addition, in an effort to expedite the process of requesting correspondence or documentation services, below there are several forms of documents and letters, which can be downloaded and filled by the Students themselves. So it is expected that after filling the form, students only need to request legalization * from the department, such as for letter numbering, Head or Secretary signatures, stamp and so forth:

After obtaining testers from the Department, the students fill out and print the following Phase II documents:

The Phase I document was printed and submitted to the TU side along with the resultant seminar script (3 TA manuscripts). Then after obtaining the names of the testers Team, the next Phase II document is filled and printed based on the composition of the TU Tester Team. Subsequently, the documents from Phase I, together are collected with documents from Phase II, and the terms of the completeness of other TA seminars.
